<p>I noticed in the acceptance packet that there is a "Final Release Transcript Form" to be completed by the h.s. guidance office and sent to Emory in June. I don't see any mention of any mid year report form. Does the acceptance via ED obviate the need for the mid year report form ? Has anyone possibly spoken to Emory about whether they still need the mid year report form also completed and sent in ? Thanks. Happy holidays.</p>

<p>Hi Rod. My S is really looking forward to heading out to Emory next fall. He even ordered an Emory t-shirt and sweatshirt already. I was told by my S's guidance counselor to submit to him the mid year report form ( from the Common Appl. ) in mid January which he will complete and send to Emory.
The final report form will be submitted to him in June. Best of luck with all your admissions, etc.... Have a great holiday.</p>
