Quick Question for EOP for all SUNY Schools

I got a letter today, from SUNY Buffalo, saying, "A review of your academic record indciated that you exceed the eligibility requirements of the EOP." Do you think if i applied to another school such as Binghampton they would possibly say the same thing? If the school is more selective do you think i would have a shot for EOP at that school?

CR and Math 1100 combined
GPA 3.6

No clue… but … congratulations on your acceptance to UB, if that is what it is. My son is there and doing very well. In a program that is ranked much better at UB than Binghamton (where he was accepted also) and ultimately chose to attend. (He got into every school he applied to and was quite impressed with UB.

Good luck to you.

i have a 1170 sat CR+M and a 1770 for all 3…ACT 28… and the said i was eligebile… your gpa is wayyyyyy too high, thats why …mine is a 2.1 lol

The short answer is yes. The EOP qualifications typically are just below the “regular” admissions requirements for each SUNY school, so each campus would review differently.

That said, it’s VERY late in the game to apply EOP anywhere for Fall 2010.
