<p>So my councilor and teachers have all submitted their reports and in the common app its marked as "Submitted" yet when I go to BC's application tracker it says neither the school report nor teacher evaluations are submitted... anyone know?</p>

<p>Sometimes the individual colleges’ websites take a day or so to update the status of application materials after they actually receive them. So if you send it out and 4 days later the common app says they downloaded it, it could take up to 6 or 7 days for the applicant portal to show it’s there.</p>
<p>As for the transcript, it is usually sent in with all of the materials the guidance office sends. It is usually included specifically with the ‘guidance counselor report’ or ‘secondary school report.’</p>
