<p>Is it possible i can transfer to liberal arts of division of gen studies and then later transfer into engineering?</p>
<p>A classmate of mine at community college was offered DGS instead of engineering when he applied. He started there this fall and will move to engineering as long as he has a high enough technical GPA after this term.</p>
<p>It is my understanding that if you apply with < 50 hours on your transcript, you will automatically be considered for DGS if you are rejected from your first and second choice majors.</p>

<p>Anyways, do u say i apply for engineering or just dgs? My chances are still low even though I will get a 4.0. You can still take eng classes as dgs right</p>
