I've noticed on the website, Penn Admissions: Transferring into the Wharton School, it says that

"In addition to the above, incoming juniors must have already completed...

A one-semester financial accounting course deemed by the Accounting Department to be equivalent to ACCT 101.

A one-semester managerial accounting course deemed by the Accounting Department to be equivalent to ACCT 102.

Two semesters of statistics (with a calculus prerequisite), which can be fulfilled by courses deemed by the Statistics Department to be equivalent to STAT 101 and STAT 102.

"

Few questions here:

1) I've taken ORIE 3150 (Financial and Managerial accounting, a junior level 1 semester combined accounting course). Will that suffice to fill both requirements of the financial accounting course * and * and the managerial accounting course? Or do they really need them to be separate and 1 semester each.

2) I've only taken one semester of stats which has a multivar and calc bc pre req. And, unfortunately, my schedule doesn't have room for the next stat/probability course, but I am going to be taking ORIE 5600 (Financial Engineering with Stochastic Calculus, a master's course), and ORIE 4580 (Simulation Modeling and Analysis, a senior level course), both of which have the 2nd sem of Stat/Prob course as a prereq. Is it possible they will accept these courses in lieu of the 2nd sem of stats?

3) How mathematically intensive is Intermediate Econ at Wharton (multi prereq?)

Thanks
