<p>2 of my teachers have already written 2 letters for one university (that I plan to use for multiple universities). When the common app recommendation (after the checklist) asks for evaluation, can they just attach this letter to the common app recommendation? And just to make sure, my guidance counselor will send those letters, but they can be submitted online?</p>
