When handing a teacher the recs forms that are from the common app, should i just provide him/her with just one or one for every school needing it. Please help

One form is fine for schools accepting Common App. The teacher can make the necessary number of photocopies for all the schools. However, you'll want to give the teacher a list of colleges and a stamped, addressed (to the college) envelope for each college they will be sending a recommendation to. One other thing my D did enclose but isn't really necessary, was a prepaid or pre-stamped postcard addressed to yourself on one side and on the other side indicate which the teacher's name and the college from where it will be ultimately sent back from. This is a simple way of keeping track of which colleges received which teachers' recommendation letters. Most of the admissions offices were pretty good about stamping the date received on the enclosed postcards and mailing them right back to us. This avoided us having to make any awkward phone calls to admissions offices and to teachers later.

I'm confused. Do teachers and counselors submit one form only for the common app schools or do they need to submit one for each common app school?

one for every school
