Quick question - pls help

<p>Are they really strict about the length for the short answer? I'm writing about art and it's really hard to keep within the 150-word limit. My original was 271 words long; I cut it down to 195, but it feels like it's missing something.</p>

<p>I'd really appreciate any help. (App is for Yale, by the way.)</p>

<p>I am also doing it for the arts at UCLA and was thinking it doesnt really matter as long as you get your message across.</p>
