Quick question regarding USC and sats?

I'm planning to transfer to USC for next fall. I won't bother you with my grades but I might have a potential problem. My sat scores weren't very good but if you have over 30 credits then you wouldn't need to submit them for transfer. However, I APPLIED to USC in high school(rejected) and was required to send my sat. Since they most likely keep hs applications on file, will they look at that sat even though I won't be sending them nor do they require it for my transfer app?

I doubt it. First - USC rejects people even with great SAT scores. They just don’t have enough room for the 50,000 plus applicants. So now - as a transfer, you are facing a different issue. do you have a high GPA in rigorous coursework. USC will want to see that you are able to do the work. That’s why people who are on transfer plans are given suggested courses and a target GPA. If your courses are rigorous and your GPA in the target range (high b’s to a’s) you’ll likely have a shot - but as with everything - transferring to USC isn’t just about your grades - its also going to rely heavily on subjective criteria such as whether USC thinks you are a fit for their needs in terms of campus culture and interests.
