<p>I have a quick question for you all - I'm really into creative writing and have gotten published a few times/done well in a couple competitions - In short, it's what I tihink I want to minor in or something. Sooo should I send in a writing portfolio to colleges if I can?? Also, how long should portfolios be? A couple poems and short stories or something? </p>

<p>Why not send emails to the admissions offices of the colleges to which you are applying and ask them directly? They can tell you exactly what they would want to see in a portfolio.</p>
