I'm not sure if this is in the right section or not, so sorry if it is. Anyway, I have just a quick college question. I sent all of my info to East Carolina University like the Application, transcripts, SAT scores, and Application Fee Waiver. But on the Pirate Port website, where you can check your application status and see what the college has and has not received. Lately I've been checking and have been seeing a check beside Transcripts from High School, SAT or ACT scores, and SAT or ACT writing test score, but not one beside Appl Fee or Official Waiver. I sent the application in on October 7th and the Waiver in the mail around 3-5 days later and now I'm starting to freak out because I'm not really sure what to do. Especially seeing people I know getting accepted after they turned in their applications in after me, but yeah I know I won't get a response back when they haven't yet received my app fee waiver. Should I call ECU admissions to see if they've received the application fee waiver yet or what? Not really sure what else to do. Also, has anybody else had a problem like this before?

Yes, call them. Explain that they came separately, a few days apart, and ask them to help you get to the bottom of this.

Yes – call the school and find out whether your application is complete (including any waivers).
