<p>They don't mind students coming in with a dominant academic interest, but they expect you to be willing to consider other options (e.g., via the core and early electives), and don't request a declaration until the start of third year, which is flexible even then.</p>
<p>And they will be happy to take your money. Get used to it.</p>
