Does Duke have anything against resumes? I'm attaching my resume as my additional info on the college app but some schools like Stanford don't like that. Does Duke have any preference? I can't seem to find anything about it on their website.

Another question:

I answered the "significant research activity" question on their supplement, but would still like to send in my abstract/reseach paper. Can I do this? And which do they prefer? Just the abstract?

I asked them and the guy on the other line told me it was better to provide an informal paragraph about what you did, not something technical( as in an abstract)

so my answer for the essay on the supplement will suffice?

what about resumes?

I sent a short, one page resume and it was fine. Although my GC did actually put it in with my transcript envelopes.
