<p>Is the AP Bio and SAT II Bio based on the 5 kingdom system of classification or the 3 domain system? I am thinking it is probably the 5 kingdom system because the 3 domain is still pretty novel and experimental and PR and Sparknotes all review the 5 kingdom system, but just wanted to make sure.</p>

<p>I know my class reviewed both systems but I think the AP test is still based on the five kingdom.</p>
