Quick questions about placement exams (I already read and searched)

<p>Its hard to explain, but I want to "test" of of spanish by taking the placement exam, but in the end, it won't matter because I WANT to take German. Now do I take the Spanish test to rid myself of the requirement and take German if I want.. or sign up for the german exam, bomb it, and take the lowest class?</p>

<p>Also, for the math exam, how does a typical frosh fall 06 sechudle look like? Do most people have Math 31A/B in their first semester? Because if not, I won't bother with taking it until my AP scores come.</p>
