Quick questions about the Common App teacher evaluation form

<p>Why do they need to know my social security number? I think you have to put it on the application itself to be eligible for financial aid, but will it matter if I don't include it on the teacher evaluation forms?</p>

<p>Also, should I fill in what I can on the "To the Teacher" section to save the teacher some time or just let her fill it out for each copy?</p>

<p>These are stupid questions but I'm getting really little guidance on all of this.</p>

<p>I think your social security number is so they can match up documents you submit, but I could be wrong.
Don’t fill in the to the teacher section, but instead of giving her 5+ forms, why not give her 1 and ask her to make photocopies?</p>
