I have a quick question about using the Blue Book to get practice scores. Since the answer sheet provides such broad score ranges, how do u determine what ur approximate score would be when using it?

I usually take the median of the score ranges, or the raw scores.

For an “exact” score, you may want to try actual tests that the Collegeboard has released (in the guise of practice tests):

SAT October 2005:

SAT March 2005:

The BB tests are not actual tests so unfortunately there really isn’t a good way to get an exact score for those. Take the average of the low and high score in the range if you want. Or, focus on improving the low number.
