Quick Transfer Question

<p>Hey all, do they request interviews for transfer applicants or do your have to schedule one yourself? Reason I'm asking is because Penn's application says that the university recommends an optional photograph be sent in for the admissions committee to recognized someone who they may have previously met. Would it be wise on my part to make a trip down there sometime soon and speak with an admission representative? Who I even be able to talk to one of them? Thanks guys.</p>
