quiet exercises to do in your dorm room

so here's the thing: I have a really busy schedule, and there's no possible way I can get to the gym before it closes. This also prevents me from going jogging too, since my campus isn't that safe at night. However, my roommate goes to sleep pretty early, and I don't want to wake him. I mean, obviously I might be breathing heavily, but that's not a big deal--jumping jacks would be too noisy, though.

I go through cutting/bulking phases, and right now I'm in the middle of cutting, so are there any good cardio exercises that are quiet and can be performed in a relatively small space? Bulking exercises are appreciated too, they just won't be utilized immediately. Thanks!

How about some sit ups? Or push ups? Just don’t count out load or anything.

Lay on your back, keep your feet together, lift them up and keep your legs straight, sit up at the waist and reach over and touch your feet (it should look balanced if that makes sense) and then lay back down and do 15 reps of that.
