<p>Well, all things aren't equal. This kid wants to minor in psych, and price is a bit of an issue. If QU is worth it, though, he'll go and incur the debt. He also might be interested in film studies.</p>

<p>the very cold and snowy weather doesn't allow for much activity outside and the area is realtively isolated.</p>
