So D-Day is coming and I am having trouble picking a university. Should I go with Indiana or Quinnipiac.
I am going for an economics major if that helps?
Quinnipaic has offered me a $20,000 per year scholarship after the completion of my bachelors degree.
However I am looking forward into transferring into Toronto University after a semester.
It might be harder than you think to transfer credits from universities in different countries. You should contact the University of Toronto guidance department (I assume that is what you meant by “Toronto University”?) to see if and how to achieve this before you make a decision. Out of curiosity why are you planning to start school at a US university and then transfer to a Canadian one?
