**ACT: 29 (retaking for a 30+)

<p>Main ECs:
-Girl Scouts (11 years)- Gold Award, Silver Award, Bronze Award
-Guitar (4 years)- for fun. Not really hardcore or anything. But I love it
-Volunteering (4 years)- I volunteer at an elementary school with mostly hispanic kids. It's my favorite EC. About 2 times a week with after school program and on days off I go with a kindergarten class for the day. 200+ service hours so far. I really love the kids :)
-Soccer (12 years)- I've played since I was 5 until 10th grade. Got to go to England to play in a tournament.</p>

<p>Essays:
Quirky and fun. One about my 8th grade rockstar dreams (persistance) and another about a little known tradition in my culture (cultural pride). I have a huge sense of humor but I don't think I went over the top. </p>
