Quitting an Extracurricular

I'm a sophomore in High School with a good GPA (3.7 unweighted, 3.9 weighted) with all honors and AP classes and I volunteer at my school's Sports Medicine facility for 20 hours a week. My grades sophomore year are awful (it's mid-semester and I have all B's and C's and an F). I know I can bring the F and my C's up but I know that this semester will be a dip in my GPA. Should I quit the Sports Medicine job to bring my grades up? I also row on my off-semester, I'm a Sunday School teacher, and I'm a part at a local Nature Center's leadership and naturalist training camp. SHOULD I DROP THE SPORTS MEDICINE JOB?? I'm aiming for Emory (or Oxford of Emory)(with double legacy). THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!!!

With Bs and Cs, you won’t be getting into Emory period, good extracurriculars or not. so do anything to bring your grades up, and if that involves quitting this job, by all means do it. you’re gonna need straight As for the rest of sophomore and all of junior year to make up for these grades though
