I'm considering taking Spanish 4 online (if offered, though I'm pretty sure it isn't) or at the local community college the summer before my junior year. If I do this, I'm planning on stopping with Spanish after that, as I would really like to be on my school's newspaper staff junior and senior year. Will quitting my foreign language at that time look bad to colleges? (After taking Spanish 4 I will have completed 4 years of Spanish.)

It’s not really bad, you’ve already had four years. Plus they can’t really penalize you if your school doesn’t offer it.
