hi. i’m going to take college writing R1A (6unit) class this fall which satisfies both writing requirement and first R&C requirement.

my question is,

In spring, after finishing first R&C requirement, do i have to take “B” classes instead of “A”'s? for example, german 1B instead of 1A even though i didn’t take german 1A, or can i just take A’s?

my fall schedule will look like… econ 1, college writing R1A and music 26 AC. i heard that college writing R1A class is like hell… do you guys think i can handle this schedule? am i worrying too much…? or should start worrying…?

I signed up for college writing class R1A which has for now about 4 people signed up… does that mean that this class can be cancelled because of its small size?

After finishing R&C Part A, you must take a class ending in "B" to fulfill the 2nd half of R&C.

This is a very doable schedule. In my first semester, I took College Writing R1A, Econ 1, & one other breadth class and I though it was something that is capable to do. However, a lot of it does depend on your college writing professor, but all of them are very helpful and are willing and wanting you to succeed.

I doubt it will stay that small for long because all R&C get full fast, so I wouldn't concern about it being canceled.

I would sign up for it as P/NP right away. Your schedule seems doable, so I would sign up for Music 26 AC for letter grade, then if you want to or cannot handle it or want to focus on your other classes more, then change it to P/NP before the 5th week of school or so.
