R there conservatives on campus?

<p>yes, we all know that all colleges are going to be pretty liberal, any in dc in particular, but are conservatives and Republicans well represented at au? is faculty bias ever a problem?</p>

<p>My host at the overnight and his roommate were conservative. In fact they were having some pro-life demonstration on campus the day we came with a bunch of blue and pink flags planted on the quad. They were the cool conservatives too, not the crazy ideologues I had expected.</p>

<p>I sure hope there are some right wingers there, so much of what I have heard tells of extreme liberal feelings</p>

<p>I should mention that they estimated that about 75% of the campus was liberal as well as some of the professors.</p>
