<p>wow ok, so i know that my title makes my thread sound crude, but i don't mean to discriminate or anything, just to clear things up. basically, i'm from california and there's a TON of asians out here at my high school (i live in the bay area). i've also lived in massachusetts before and obviously, there weren't as many asians there compared to california. i looked at the umass website and it said that the class of 2009 had a 7% asian community. so my question is, can anyone give me a picture on how many asians there actually ARE at umass based on their knowledge/experience? I'm an asian indian myself, so i'm basically trying to get an idea on how diverse UMass Amherst is. and again, no racial prejudice intended lol, i'm just curious about the scene at umass. thanks for your replies! :)</p>
