<p>E visited Hendrix this week. After the visit was over, he mentioned a current student had told him there have been controversies over themed parties at this school recently, but E didn't have much information. Apparently there was a racial controversy over a "Thugs and Kisses" parties and there's an annual string of possibly sexist parties ("Robots & Sluts" and "Corporate Hoes & CEOs" were the examples). </p>
<p>I can't imagine these are school sponsored parties, but the idea that these parties even happen on campus slightly concerns me. Does anyone have any details about these parties or discussions about them?</p>
