Rainy Schools

Oxford, or Cambridge. England supposedly gets a ton of rain.

@Boxing

I dunno, I've always been so enamored with rain; the sound it makes, its predicable pattern, the feeling of comfort it gives...

Whatever. It sounds weird. I just like it, that's all.

well if u are looking at top 10 schools, then i would say a great super safety would be university of washington.
Berkeley i think gets a good amount of rainfall, but it is never gloomy. It is nice and shiny when it rains usually.

that is quite possibly the strangest thing to consider when choosing a college.
lol. um.. i hear it rains a lot of homework at MIT?

If you want rain, go to Oxford, Cambridge, London School of Economics et cetera.

@ that list posted:

That list is really skewed because of hurricanes. Look, those places only have about 50 rainy days per year, but a lot of rainfall. I bet all of it comes on one day.

So, do you like huge storms less often, or drizzling and sprinkling every day? Because that's what a place like Seattle is like.

I like heavy rain the most, but constant drizzle and dark skies are really nice as well.

Cornell has so much rain that they have their own word for it: "It's Ithacating!"

most schools in the northeast have their share of inclement weather.
