I study a Finance with Law course and on my first year first semester i got a 3.2. How long and what will it take to get a 4.0?

Maybe you’re not cut out for finance…
Unless your semester grades can be higher than 4.0, that ship has sailed. It’s like missing points on a homework and asking how you can get 100%. Mathematically, you can’t, unless there’s bonus points of some sort.
