I'm trying to bring my math score to a strong 700 if not higher. On all my practice exams I can usually score 650, on the real SAT I scored 630 (one section killed my entire score). Can anyone give me some advice on how to do so? I've been doing top notch in honors mathematics courses my whole life and in all of my hs career. Any and all advice will help, thank you in advance =)!

What do you usually get stuck on? Do you usually think “I don’t remember anything about function/permutations/whatever” or do you think “I don’t know how to approach this problem?”
If it’s the former, review. If it’s the latter, which it probably is, go through some practice math sections from the Official SAT Study Guide WITHOUT a calculator. Keep in mind that SAT math questions are designed so that you should be able to answer without a calculator every question in a reasonable amount of time.
This should help you understand how to approach SAT-type questions. Once you get a feel for it, you can use a calculator again.

Hope this will help you. ><

Thanks. I usually get stuck on various types of problems lol including difficult probablity (post question 12; i can handle 5 green marbles in a bag of 20, probability of not picking a green…), difficulty inequalities (NOT x + 7 > 10), and 3D shapes sometimes i.e. a cube composed of smaller cubes and total surface area etc. Thanks for the advice.
