So I'm a sophomore and I just took a diagnostic and got a 1350. I was thinking, is it possible to raise this to a 2000 in 13 months? Here's my study plan:

~Take practice tests every Saturday, Sunday
~Review wrong answers
~Read more classic novels to improve critical reading skills
~Take Algebra 2 class at my local community college in the Summer
~Take an 8 week SAT prep course in the summer.
~Take AP English next year
~Take Pre-Calc

Will these help me improve my SAT score to a 2000?

Possibly, since you have 13 months. A 650 point increase is huge though. You have a long road ahead of you.

My score last time was 1500 and my practice test score now is about 2100. Taking this may. Just study and understand the test, get your hands on as much material as you can and get different views, then determine what works for you. Just start practicing now, don’t procrastinate.

Plus I’ve only been doing actual practice test for about a month. The rest was reading rules and guides.

If that test you took was without any previous preparation, then yes you will definitely be able to reach 2000 using some good Math and English books.

Yes, make sure you know how the SAT works. It helps to know some general test-taking strategies in addition to knowing math, critical reading, grammar, etc. I raised my writing score ~100 pts in just a few days by simply reviewing some grammar rules that are common on the SAT.
