So I received a 25 on the April ACT. I am taking the ACT on June 14. I want to raise my score by 5 points to get it up to a 30. I will have a whole week of summer break before the actual ACT (June 7- June 13). If I study and do practice exams everyday for that week, will I have a good chance of raising my score 5 points? I have the Baron's ACT guide, the Real ACT Prep Guide, and practice ACT exams that I can access at my local library, where I plan to spend that whole week. My real question is, is this realistic? Thanks! :)

In 1 week? 5 points? That’s a bit extreme! I doubt you will raise it by 5, but 2-3 may be possible I you practice A LOT. I took 8 practice tests and improved by 4/5 points (haven’t got score back yet but I know I improved by atleast 4). English is wry repetitive, so usually you’ll miss the same types of questions on each test. So if you can correct that, you’re golden. Reading is also only improved by practice. The more you do, the better you will get at it. Science is similar to reading. You just have to learn where to find the information. NEVER READ the paragraphs! Go straight to the questions and refer to the graphs. Math will be the hardest to improve in a week… Just see what you miss and learn the material. I hope this helps, and good luck!
