Raising my chances at all...?

I’d very fortunately be able to attend whichever school I’d get accepted to without any sort of financial aid, and pay what I need to in full. I’m wondering how much of a difference that makes in my chances of getting accepted at certain places? I’m applying to Deapul, NEU, and BU.

That isn't the normal way that the question is asked. Normally, the question is about whether or not the school is need blind. Being need blind means that the school will not consider whether you can afford it or not during the application process. Top schools do generally try to make themselves affordable for those who would not otherwise be able to attend. (The people who are most in trouble are families with a combined income of around $100K per year since this is too much for financial aid, but too little to actually pay for college without hardship.) To answer your question, the fact that you can pay your own way probably won't be consider much in terms of whether to accept you or not.

It should really help at those schools.

$100K per year in income is not too much to get financial aid at schools charging $40K a year and up. A lot depends on your family circumstances, number of siblings, etc. Being able to pay full fare is considered at many LACs, at least for the last few spots after the budget is spent.
