As a sophomore I got a 190 on my pSAT. I have done no prep before then and since then. However, I am starting prep courses this summer. Would it be possible to raise my pSAT score to a 220 by this october and my SAT score to a 2300?
Maybe with a lot of prep. I know kids that went up 50+ pts on PSAT scores between 10th and 11th grade with prep classes every day, but you’re already starting pretty late. With a decent amount of prep I went from 208 -> 229 -> 2360.
I would start studying soon.
Definitely. Sophomore year, I got a 184 on my PSAT. I took a prep course between sophomore and junior year, and I got a 221 on my PSAT junior year.
Went from 196 to a 215 PSAT from soph -> junior with no prep in between. Then with prep received a 2310 SAT. It’s certainly achievable.
Absolutely. As a Sophomore, I got a horrifying 1390. Junior year I got a horrifying 1570. I took the SAT this past June with 2 weeks prep prior to the test, and I got a 1770. Still pretty pathetic and horrifying, but I am predicting around a 2k+ on my final.
Totally doable.
Received a 154 on PSAT during my Junior year and then a 2290 on the real thing with one month of prep, so it’s definitely doable.
