Ay so right now I'm a junior and not gonna bug you guys with my stats and everything but just possibly wondering a good senior schedule that would look good to caltech. My situation: Freshman yr i took Bio Honors did well and decided to take the AP Bio exam and got a 5 wit immense studying, sophomore year took CHEM H 4 on ap exam
this year (junior year) in AP Chem (to get 5 on exam? so my counselor says) and AP Physics B(stupid cuz I took Multivariable Calc as a sophmore)
For senior year do you guys think it would look good to Caltech to take AP Physics C next year ? or take AP Bio senior year and self study and get 5's on both the C exams
Any caltech alums/acceptances/random people? could shed light on this?

Just as an example, my S took in his junior year AP Calc BC, AP Bio, AP Chem (and other APs), his senior year he took AP Physics C (and other APs).

Is there some reason you cannot take both next year? Keep in mind that the AP exams are long after admissions AND that you get no credit with Caltech for your APs.

Maybe you should check the recommended courses list…

Tailoring your schedule to “look good to Caltech” doesn’t usually work as well as intended.
