<p>I’ve heard from my future roommates that warren consists largely of “gangsta azn” engineers. how true is that?</p>
<p>um…well there are a lot of engineers, but i wouldn’t say that most, or any of them are “gangsta azn” (?). there is quite a bit of variety of majors/personality types, and in my suite last year only 2 people were engineers, though 1 dropped out.</p>
<p>as for the parties/social life concerns, if you’re REALLY worried about this, i would consider looking into joining a fraternity or sorority. that will provide you with a good social life without necessarily having to “look” for it, which is what you may have to do otherwise.</p>

<p>Question: Internet in the dorms. Is it a wireless network or do I need an ethernet cable to plug into a jack in the wall? Or is it both?</p>
<p>You can access the internet both ways. Wireless is slow.</p>

wifi around the campus is fast but not as fast with the ethernet cord… dunno about the other dorms how fast wifi is</p>
<p>I was fine with the wireless in ERC. I went the entire year wireless. I never plugged in once.</p>

<p>i’ll be looking for a job on campus so if anyone has experience, what types of jobs are preferred over others? i kind of want a job where i’m interacting with others instead of being in the back such as being an office assistant or cafeteria worker.</p>

<p>well yeah you’ll be able to use megaupload and rapidshare and those other sites, but it’s a lot harder to find something on those sites than find a torrent of it.</p>
