You all must have huge schools if you cannot get to your locker between classes and still make it to class on time. I go to my locker once or twice a day though,

I never understood why some students go to their lockers between every class (it's primarily girls that do this because all they bring to school is their purse). Get a backpack.....

Then that way you only have to go to your locker once every day. Most kids at my school go to their lockers before/during/after lunch, so they don't have to worry about being late.

We have double sets of books, but every kid also has a locker.
I go to my locker a total of 4 times during the day: before school (put back notes needed for hw, coat, lunch, get architecture, apush, french notes), before 4th period (put back whatever I have, get english, math, notes, and art projects, etc.), before 7th period (put back whatever I have, get lunch, chem notes), and after school (put back chem notes, get notes needed for hw, pick up coat) I keep all my notebooks there, some extra pencils/pens, and a mirror and also my lunch, coat, and sports clothes if its fall/spring.

and then I just carry around a tote bag during school.

Where do you put your coat and lunch then? carry it around all day?

Well, I don't bring my own lunch, but the kids who do usually carry their lunch around with them all day. It's just a lunchbag lol.

Well, at my school, everyone has their own locker. Everyone uses them, and we go to them between every class, usually. Only the nerds carry around backpacks. I only keep my books in mine, because they have no combinations or any kind of security in our school so A LOT of stuff gets stolen every year.

We CANT carry backpacks here.

"Well, I don't bring my own lunch, but the kids who do usually carry their lunch around with them all day. It's just a lunchbag lol."

Well, it's a lunchbag + wallet + all notebooks and binders + coats/sweaters + (in my case, a camera, but other people carry sports clothes and other EC stuff).

All of it together, carried all day, gets pretty obnoxious in my opinion. I have a tote bag, my camera bag, and carry my binder.

Everyone has a locker in my school and most people either use them or carry a backpack. A lot of people don't lock their lockers either.

My school HAS lockers, and I know I'm assigned one, but I can't think of anyone who actually uses theirs (much less knows where it actually is). We just carry our backpacks around all day, and it's extremely convienient considering that the school is three floors high, and I would hate to have to walk to the third floor between every class just to switch out books. Also, this way I get to carry around tons of random crap, which always provides for entertainment.

We had 'locker rooms' which was the oddest thing ever it was a room filled with lockers that you kept your books and stuff in and there weren't enough. This year however we moved to a new building with normal hallway lockers, yay! And yeah we have to take textbooks home and everything, so we need them.

Yep, we have them. Public, run-of-the-mill highschool. My school is kinda big though (2000 kids) so some of them do not use their lockers.

Oh yeah, and maybe 1% of all of the kids at my school does not carry a backpack/bag with them.

This way, they do not have to go to their lockers constantly.

(in my middle school, I remember that you got in trouble if you carried your backpack/bag coz they were scared that you would have weapons. Hah', I suppose thats the ghetto for you)
