Hi~! I know this is an irrelevant question, but
is VCU school of dentistry that good?
It sounds like a grad school, but
I heard that there is a 5 year program, so high school seniors can get in too.

Is it hard to get in?

1) this is the W&M board. VCU is here: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/virginia-commonwealth-university/
2) I assume you came here because few people visit the VCU board. So:

I have a friend who I think is doing dentistry there. VCU is pretty decent for its med and arts programs, so I'd imagine dentistry isn't bad. Being VCU, I don't think it would be that tough. I think (if this is what my friend is doing) the first few years are spent with the main body of undergrads before specializing more. Although 5 years sounds short, even for dentistry. Try the VCU website or give them a call!

They sure do have a dentistry program but I cannot speak to the specifics of admission other than my dentist went there and transferred to VCU from a community college. I do not know how many years the dentistry program was.

VCU has an EXCELLENT medical center and health sciences programs.
