I'm a junior in high school who is homeschooled and looking to apply to universities this summer, namely Texas schools like Baylor, SMU, and TCU to pursue music education and if I have time, piano performance. What do you think of my chance for admittance, or more specifically my extracurriculars?
(Some stats missing due to homeschool)
GPA: 4.0 unweighted, 4.7 weighted. Dual credit junior year, will take full load senior year, finish with a year of college completed. 4.0 GPA college transcript.
SAT: 1380 (M+R,) 2180 (M+R+W) Perfect 800 Writing. Will take for the third time in June, probably raise to 2300.
Rank: none (obviously)
Essay skills: good, room for improvement
Letters of recommendation: excellent recs from college profs who adore me
Extracurriculars:
-pianist that practices long hours, performs regularly for juries under RMTA, organization where I compete, test, state ensembles, etc. Medals, trophies, probable scholarships.
-accompanist no charge to local elementary school choir once a week in junior year
-shadow elementary music educator once a week with K-6 cuties (4 hrs. a week)
-2 years of intensive involvement in music ministry (perform solos, sing in choir, ensembles, praise team, handbells, special music, jazz, etc.) 5-8 hrs. a week
-new "music director" of small church, planning, arranging, scanning, Power Point, rehearsing, coaching brass ensembles, choir, etc. 4-8+ hrs. a week
-coach a selective Men's Ensemble once a week
-future president of Future Music Educators of Texas chapter
-leadership in old church, VBS, leading, bible study
-youth group member 3 yrs., volunteer at homeless shelter, church activities, etc.

Anyways, what do you think of my extracurriculars? Are they enough, or too focused in one specific discipline?

Also, quick note, since I'm a homeschooler I don't really know how colleges or schools attribute what grade is worthy of a A, B, or C, do you know if a college is going to look at my transcript and then recalculate my GPA to match their standards? For our system, a 92-100+ makes an A, which I have, but I just wondered.
Thank you for reading this long and rather wandering post. I look forward to your answers!
