1) how is the city of Baltimore like?
2) what's the class size?
3) is there much social interaction between students of different races/ethnicities?
4) is the school strict in terms of partying?

1) Baltimore can be dangerous - its one of the most dangerous cities in the country but the surrounding area of the campus is pretty safe and the campus is virtually impossible to navigate if you are not a student or in association with a student
2) class sizes range - on my recruiting trip to jhu i sat in classes that had 300+ students and 4 students - look at the percentage rates on their web sites or in any barrons type book

1) Baltimore is fun, trendy and young. Definitely affordable.
2) Avg, according to their site is 19. Just 5% have 100+
3) From my experience, JHU is small enough where you are gonna meet people of all social classes, ideologies, political affiliations, academic interests and ethnicities. Compared to most campuses, JHU has a really nice mixing of students.
4) Hopkins definitely has some awesome parties... you'll see. :)
