You cant really ask that... it depends how good you are in literature

the physics ap's/sat ii's are not nearly as hard as everyone says they are :)

How did you do on your June 2006 SAT II tests? Were they easy or hard?
My S took Bio and Chem yesterday.
He thinks Bio is slightly harder than previous pratice tests while Chem is not as hard as he anticipated.

Chem and Spanish

Chem was easier than I expected, Spanish was more difficult

Oh, I second what Jyankees said. I also took Chem/Spanish, and found Chem easier than all the prac tests, and Spanish was harder than what I expected (I expected an 800.. :).

The physics sat2 is definately one of the hardest, which is why it has probably the best curve of any of the tests. If physics had the same curve as one of the other sciences then my 770 would probably be somewhere near or below 700.

USH- 6
WH- 6
Chem- 8.5, you think its easy when you take it, then you realize how many you got wrong because you were rushing to finish the qs.

hikaru2005

"i hate it when people say chem and physics are the "hardest" just because they take them. percentiles tell otherwise. Most people who take chem or physics score lower than people do on bio on the sat i. I think that is a strong indicator of the difficulty. Plus chem and physics have a higher percentage of people scoring 800."

hikaru i am very surprised that you say this. you took the chinese sat yourself and gave it a 5 while you give korean a 1? if you are talking about percentiles than the percentile for 800 in chinese is 61% but for korean it is 65%. how can you say this when you think percentiles are a 'strong' indicator of level of difficulty? and have you even taken all the other tests that you gave a rating to? how can you possibly rate these tests without even taking the test or not even merely looking at a prep book?

iostream, that's easy for you to say, being on the USA physics team....
=)

Chem:6
Math2:4

bio M: since i took AP bio, a 3

math 2: 5-6

World History: I was rushing and skipped questions. but it wasn't that hard. A lot of memorization though 6/10.

Chemistry: Man, I studied mostly the wrong material. There was a lot of stuff on Ideal gases, formulas and laws. 8/10 Just because I didn't study.

World History: Rushed and didn't read carefully. The test itself was not hard at all, one just needed more time for analysis of answers.
6/10

Maths II 4/10
Physics 6/10

Math IIC- 1 ... if you're good at math, you'd be ashamed of anything other than 800
Chem: 7 , pretty rough
Literature: 8/9 ... everything is so ambiguous... i could have gotten anywhere from 700-800 and i have no idea where.

Math 2C- 6~ish
World History- 7

world: 6
just WAAY TOO MANY QUESTIONS!

World - 2. Compared to US His, it was a joke.

US- 7. It was harder than what I thought. People said that it was going to be easier than AP, but I don't think so. AP exam and SAT II = around the same level.

Physics- 10
I just can't do it! :(

Do you think colleges recognize that certain SAT IIs are harder than others? Like for instance, it seems that Literature + Physics are generally considered hard (at least from this poll), so would colleges be more lenient in considering these scores?

Physics = joke... Seriously people.
