Top Schools:

Vanderbilt

Rank the above schools with the order of how easy I can get in (1 being really hard and 10 being really easy)

vandy will be easiest.

Cornell: 50% chance
Johns Hopkins: 55% chance
Rice: 55% chance
Duke: 40% chance
Vanderbilt: 70% chance

You probably should add some more top schools to better hedge your bet.

apply to more schools dude. though you will prob be ok. geographical bias…

Easiest:
Vanderbilt
Rice
Johns Hopkins
Duke
Cornell

I had test stats/GPA like that (assuming your SAT IIs come out well.) and was waitlisted at Cornell (Also H and Fu Foundation) and rejected from Duke.

From easiest to hardest:
Vanderbilt, JHU, Rice, Cornell, Duke

I agree with the abouve one. However, none are gonna be a cake walk. Increase your rank a little bit, and add a few more ECs in order to be a tad more competative. However, great stats man, and good luck. :D

In general, I’d say Vanderbilt, Rice, Hopkins, Cornell, Duke.

But everything is relative. Case in point: I got accepted to Duke and got a full ride out of Emory (very similar to Vandy in terms of admissions) but got waitlisted to Hopkins–I’m premed and I stressed this, so that may have played a role in my admissions. I’m sure you’ve heard this already but your scores, location, race, etc. all play a huge role. You’ve got a good profile, but I’d second adding a few more schools. No top 20 school’s gonna be a 10 for easy admissions. Good luck!

You’re stats are great. Vanderbilt has gotten more selective since 2008, considering it’s acceptance rate was around 18% this year. Remember to write good essays and to keep your senior year grades up. I think you’ll get into at least 1-2 colleges in that list (maybe, more b/c of your SAT scores).
