NJ prof here with a kid in an NJ university for CS. I second the ordering from @NJEngineerDad for the top 6. I think of Montclair State as being on par with FDU and Monmouth. The ones from OP’s list not mentioned by me or NJEngineerDad really don’t have much to offer in terms of CS.
I am not sure if anybody is still looking at this thread, but if so, you might want to know that starting with the 2021 edition US News provides rankings for undergraduate computer science programs.
