Rank the Asian studies MA programs

This is the Foreign Policy magazine ranking of international affairs masters programs:

1: Georgetown University
2: Johns Hopkins University
3 : Harvard University
4 : Tufts University
5 : Columbia University
6 : Princeton University
7 : George Washington University
8 : American University
9 : University of Denver
10 : Syracuse University
11 : University of California, San Diego

These are general rankings in IR, so if you have a more specific idea of what you want to do within the field, things may change a bit. This list is specifically for Asian studies programs - maybe with a little bias towards quantitatively ones. I won't try to do Harvard KSG and Princeton WWS, because they're not really IR progams.

1: JHU - SAIS
2: Tufts - Fletcher
3: UCSD - IRPS. Moves way up the list because of its almost exclusive focus on Asia
4: Columbia - SIPS
5: Georgetown SFS. Moves way down because no specialized Asia program, and relatively mild quantitative requirements
6: George Washington University
7: University of Denver. Moves up a bit
8: American
9: Syracuse

Does this seem reasonable? Are there any schools from further down in the list that I should bring up?

Please retitle your topic- I thought you meant Asian studies, not international relations. Literature versus …

Just out of curiosity, what do you think makes SAIS and Fletcher stronger than SIPA for IR w/ a focus on Asia? I thought SIPA would be #1 or #2 (for Asian studies as a whole, not country-specific programs) b/c of its wide range of Asia-related courses, relatively large proportion of Asian faculty and students, long-established ties w/ Asia, extensive alumni network in Asia, access to the entire University’s resources on Asia, arguably the best reputation and most prestige in Asia (out of the 3), etc.? I’m asking b/c I applied to all three schools (SAIS, Fletcher, SIPA) and would seriously like some input about this. In particular, what do you think are the strengths of Fletcher’s MALD program for someone who wants to focus on Asia?
