Rank the colleges from hardest to easiest

Im applying to college of Human Ecology, im looking for the one that is the EASIEST possible, thanks

to... get into or... the easiest to do well in?

to get into

seems like you're applying for the wrong reason.

actually its the opposite, i would love to go to cornell but seeing as though i dont have the amazing stats as the rest of you, I would like to maximize my chances at getting accepted. If that makes the most sense.

Well, think about why you want to go to cornell. It is clearly not for the programs since you are willing to apply to any college. If you are passionate about something and can make a good case for it, apply to the school that caters to it. Chances are, they would be willing to overlook unamazing stats. For instance, the hotel school is relatively easy to get into but would you want to go to hotel simply because it's easier?

i really wouldn't suggest applying to a school you don't really want to be in just because it's "easier to get into"
plus, each school is looking for something different. however, i had a post before.. i calculated all of the % acceptances last year for females.. but there's a link for all of the acceptance stats. if u can't find it lmk

Sydney, acceptance rates aside, if you could be a student in any program which one would it be?

what is the link? I would say my first choice would be the College of Arts and Sciences, but I have a close friend who is in a similar situation with me and is applying to the college of Human Ecology. To me it doesnt matter and I would be happy at either one, so whichever I have a better chance at, I will apply to.

it's the first link in the posts, and then a few posts later my calculations

However, I think you have another thing to consider: are you an instate applicant? I think its easier to get into Human ecology if you are from NY, but I'm not sure there is much of an advantage if you are out of state? But I am really not sure, just a guess since Cornell's Human Ecology is state-affiliated and generally state schools make it more difficult for out-of-staters to gain admission...though I'm really not sure about Cornell.
Does anybody know if out-of-staters are at a disadvantage when applying to the state affiliated schools?

i love that movie!!!
