<p>I don’t like the term “lesser Ivy” but I can tell that the OP knows nothing about these schools.</p>

By Social Life:</p>
<p>Penn > Dartmouth (only because Philly > Hanover) > Cornell > Columbia = Brown
Columbia is only the best if you’re 21 and have ca$h to spend on NYC clubs.</p>
<p>I can’t argue with the elitism.</p>
<p>Dartmouth’s social life is too one-dimensional (frat/sorority & drinking-oriented) to be considered highly.</p>

<p>Ummm have you been to Columbia? Its totally dead on the weekends, Dartmouth is social central. Brown is a great party school. Penn is fun but too stuck up. Cornell is fun but big. Columbia is LAME, enjoy your fancy restaurants while everyone else enjoys COLLEGE.</p>
