I'm submitting a CAR from Hedrick summit to one of the residence halls... how should I rank them? I'm an engineering major.

Rieber
Sproul
Dykstra

I'm submitting a CAR from Hedrick summit to one of the residence halls... how should I rank them? I'm an engineering major.

Rieber
Sproul
Dykstra

u got the order right lol

in terms of quality of living:

sproul rieber hedrick dykstra

in terms of location:

sproul rieber dykstra hedrick

does major matter?

no it does not

"in terms of location:

sproul rieber dykstra hedrick "

Definitely dykstra before rieber haha. Anything before the long stairs is preferential. And dykstra is closer to campus

"in terms of quality of living:

sproul rieber hedrick dykstra"

I would say rieber before sproul. 2 reasons.

1- when rieber opens next year, it will be the most recently renovated (basically, newest-looking one)
2- it will probably be annoying to live in sproul with all that construction going on and resulting dust from it (unless you’re lucky enough to live on the side facing Covel)

I agree dykstra is closer to campus, however its way the hell away from everything else. Rieber is way closer to 1919, bruincafe, covel dining, hedrick dining while dykstra has de neve basically.

dykstra has late night and deneve is the best dining hall imo. plus most social.

I -hate- Late Night. Who needs Late Night when you’re walking distance away from B cafe and Cafe 1919?

Dykstra is only 2-3 minutes from bcaf and 1919. And bcaf and 1919 get old after a while (the same 4-5 sandwiches and the same 5 pizzas). Unless you like ice cream or smoothies (but in that case, late night has shakes too)

If you’re interested in a “social” life your first year then it would have to be dykstra! Sproul will most likely be second years. Rieber might be too? But definitely Sproul

Rank the plazas.
Plz? :)

Rieber will have a good number of second years too.

Oh for plazas, all I know is that De Neve is number 1. I’d say Sunset Village is last.

De Neve, either Rieber Terrace or Vista, Sunset Village, Hedrick Summit. I think Hedrick Summit is better, but I hate walking so I put Sunset first.

Dykstra is only social because there’s a lot of drunkards.

Sproul has the best quality of living period. This is because the hottest girls all live in Sproul. If you notice, all the ugly/geeky girls usually eat at latenight (dyk/deneve) while at bcaf the girls are way hotter (Sproul). The people who eat at Covel dining vs. Deneve dining is also another example.

de neve has the best location…not the best rooms…rieber has the best rooms…and no terranoxic i dont think u can say that sproul has all the hotties…ive seen TONS of asian uglies at sproul

ugly girls concentrated in sproul has no correlation with hot girls concentrated in sproul.

quote from mnop444:

Did their asian-ness make them ugly?

Not that ALL the health centric girls on the hill go to bcaf.

Wait until the end of the quarter. You’ll see plenty of decent chicks at late night using all their leftover swipes. =P
