Rank the six UCSD colleges according to Social Sciences majors

I'm a Poli Sci major and on my TAG information, I have the following preference:

1 - Muir
2 - Marshall
3 - Warren
4 - Sixth
5 - Roosevelt
6 - Revelle

What are the differences between the 6 colleges? I know that certain ones have extra requirements, I don't want to take any unnecessary courses.

The only difference between them is the GE requirements. You should look into each school’s requirements to see which one fits into your goals better. Some schools fit better with certain majors by requiring more STEM courses, others want you to have a lower eccentricity so they require more non-major courses, and others have a goal of focusing on history or other social sciences, they’re more or less the same in that you will have likely have something between 10 and 20 upper division GE requirements after you transfer. Someone in this forum posted a condensed list of their requirements a year ago.

Good choice, Hayward! If I could apply all over again, I’d pick the same order. Rank Roosevelt and Revelle last for sure (if you don’t want to do additional prereqs).
