rank these 3 schools

which school is better for civil engineering...put them in order (1,2,3)...1 being best of 3

uc irvine

cal poly, pomona

ucla

list reasons...from experience, people who've gone to these schools, job opportunities...

and another question...why is cal poly, pomona never on the rankings for engineering schools?

ucla

cal poly

uci

cal poly doesn't offer a doctorate degree, so it usually isn't bunched with all the other schools that do.

just curious...why is uci ranked lower

and how would the 3 schools be ranked in regards to their undergraduate civil engineering programs???

Why would you not consider Cal Poly: SLO?

UCLA

UCI

Cal Poly Pomona

And this holds for all engineering that I can think of.

and CalPoly Pomona is never ranked because it does not offer doctorate degrees, which puts it in a different category of schools than you are looking for. Also, it just happens to not stack up well compared to other schools.
